Very good customer service, replied very quickly with my queries and honoured my January discount after I placed the order. Happy with the results that followed in a very informative way. Overall very good service, would recommend and already have.

I recently placed an order for a home blood test kit for my wife. Unfortunately I did so under my profile and not hers. The customer care specialist (Millie) responded to my query very quickly and was extremely helpful, guiding me through how to resolve the issue. All sorted with no hassle and no pain! Fantastic customer service!

I had a very positive experience with the support team (Millie) — professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Every question was handled with patience and clear explanations, which made the whole process easy and stress-free. Thank you for the excellent support and dedication!

I am very disappointed with my overall experience.

My issues started with the initial finger-prick home test, which produced significantly inaccurate results and a sample error. Medichecks offered a free retest, which I completed, but the second set of results was again very different and clearly unreliable. Because of these inconsistencies, they advised me to proceed with a venous blood draw at a partner clinic for more accurate testing.

Unfortunately, the clinic appointment was also unsuccessful. During the visit, the nurse attempted venepuncture multiple times and used the same needle for three separate attempts, causing unnecessary discomfort and raising concerns about infection control and clinical standards. Despite several attempts, no blood sample was obtained and the test I paid for was never completed.

What is most frustrating is that after their internal investigation, Medichecks refused to provide a refund, even though no sample was collected and the service was not delivered. It is difficult to understand how payment can be retained for a test that was never performed.

I understand that difficult blood draws can sometimes occur, but basic clinical practice and fair customer service should still apply. After three failed attempts across two testing methods and no completed result, I expected a more responsible and customer-focused resolution.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Medichecks.
