I recently had a procedure at the Nuffield Hospital, Warwick and wanted to express my gratitude to the amazing team. I was quite nervous on the day of the procedure but was quickly reassured when I met my nurse – Nicki Sihota. I cannot praise Nicki enough, she was amazing. From start to finish she made me feel comfortable and relaxed and kept checking in on me ensuring I was ok. The procedure went perfectly and when I went back a week later to have my stitches removed Nicky looked after me again and ensured I was comfortable the entire time. Very friendly, caring and professional. Thank you Nicki you were amazing!!

My total hip replacement was carried out yesterday by Mr Shepherd and his team & it went so well that I was discharged today! The whole surgical team were lovely – friendly, caring, kind, professional and thorough and they explained every detail of the procedure at regular intervals.

Prior to surgery everyone at the Nuffield from reception staff, through pre-op and suppliers of coffee were lovely too.

Following the op I received excellent nursing from the whole day and night team, nothing was too much trouble for them and the excellent aftercare continued from every person I came into contact with, the caterers and my physio, going the extra mile to ensure I was comfortable and happy at every stage, giving me advice on how to exercise and what to expect with my rehabilitation. I now need to follow all instructions to make a speedy recovery in the near future. Many thanks to everyone at the Nuffield.

I cannot speak highly enough of the care I have received at Nuffield Health Warwickshire Hospital – The Milverton Suite. From the very beginning of my treatment, the entire team has demonstrated an extraordinary level of professionalism, compassion and dedication.

A very special thank you to Lyndsey Robinson, whose expertise and calm reassurance have meant more than I can put into words. Alongside her, Laura Bird, Sammie Broke-Smith, Chris Aris, Kerry Langley and Shona Glen have shown me incredible care, support, love and genuine friendship throughout my treatment journey.

They are an exceptional team doing an outstanding job every single day. Their kindness, attention to detail, and ability to make patients feel safe and truly cared for sets them apart. I will always be deeply grateful for the unwavering support I have received from each and every one of them

I went to the Leamington Nuffield Hospital for day surgery on my hand last week. From the moment I stepped into the hospital the care I received from all staff was outstanding. All were very friendly and everything was clearly explained. All questions were addressed and they were just so kind. Mr Hashmi my surgeon has been fantastic throughout as were Muss and particularly Paige and her anaesthesiology colleagues. Just when you’re starting to feel nervous about going into Theatre, they were chatting away and made me feel very relaxed with their banter. Just perfect. Can thoroughly recommend the Leamington Nuffield. Thank you all.

I attend various clinics at The Nuffield Health Warwickshire Hospital. It’s a marvellous asset for us in Warwickshire. The staff at the booking in desks on each floor are so warm and welcoming and the medical staff are incredibly professional, friendly and also very warm. I’ve had the most amazing treatment and care from Dr Peter Correa, Oncologist who has been so friendly, kind and supportive to me throughout a difficult time. He is of course to be congratulated for his amazing professionalism, care and kindness. The staff at The Milverton Suite have been wonderful without exception. The Unit is led so professionally and expertly and with a complete knowledge of the strengths and weaknesses of the patients in her care. The staff in the Unit are also so professional, friendly and understanding. They make the whole experience of attending the Unit for chemo as “pleasurable” as possible. Three staff who have regularly given me chemotherapy, friendliness and fantastic levels of care are Samantha Broke- Smith, Naomi Andrew and Lyndsey Robinson – they are to be commended for their care, kindliness and hard work.
