Horrendous experience. Paid £400+ for Everyman tests. After two weeks had to chase up repeatedly to get any response for results promised in days. I’ve since been told:
(a) I needed to return to the clinic to give more blood
(b) I DON’T need to give more blood but I do need to have physical measurements taken again
I’ve since been given the results any way. I have no idea if I can trust them given I’ve been told mutually inconsistent things. I’m also unable to book the promised appointment with a doctor to discuss the results and my request for tech support has been completely ignored.
AVOID.
Haven’t updated change of address in Manchester.
Will then proceed to be rude over the phone when asking if it’s still possible to get an appointment on the same day. Regardless of whether their address/location online is incorrect.

Literally running paid ads for a location thats shut down. I turned up on a weekend and assumed they just changed their opening hours. Went back on a weekday to find they’ve actually shut down.
Even rang (call center) and an Irish guy assured me I was wrong and all the Google map listings show the correct stores and opening times. This was over a month ago and they’re still wrong and running paid ads to the closed location today.
Absolutely shocking. Lost my blood sample, not acceptable in the slightest. Still not heard after making an official complaint. I would not advise anybody use their services. Plenty of other places far more professional out there.
