My first appointment with Dr Ruth and it was a breath of fresh air. She listened and was sensitive and understanding. She offered advice throughout the conversation and then an immediate document with a summary of actions and suggestions. I’m looking forwards to getting the LDN medication with the Harpal Clinic’s support and I will also be following up other aspects of my health with them as recommended.

I worked with this clinic from Oct 2023 till April 2025. Initial consult and start of treatment was mostly positive. The Dr was detailed and took the time to truly understand my goals. Testing and explaining results was as expected. Where the clinic began disappointing me was in my regular ordering and follow-up appointments. I would request a refill and be responded with a halt because I had to re-test and see the Doctor to review results. Which is normal and would be not an issue but since they had not explained that on the onset it came as a surprise and disrupted my treatment. My real issue with the clinic came later when the Dr I was paired with was not available for my scheduled appointment so there was a lot of back and forth to get a new appointment. When I did secure a slot I was paired with the clinics founder and given completely different information from the start of treatment. The recommendations I was being given seemed clearly focused on increasing my spend with the clinic which was already at £1000 monthly. That was my last and final interaction with the clinic because I am unwilling to put my health in the hands of such inconsistent advice.

My experience with Harpal Clinic was extremely stressful and uncomfortable. Communication felt rigid and overly monitored, which made it hard to feel supported or respected.

While I had positive interactions with many people there, the overall environment felt tense and unpredictable. There seemed to be noticeable differences in how expectations and rules were applied to different people, which created confusion and anxiety.

The way my time at the clinic finished was sudden and happened in a way that felt very exposed and emotionally difficult. I left feeling shaken and disappointed by how things were handled. I would encourage anyone considering engaging with this clinic to ask detailed questions about how people are treated.

I had a wonderful visit with Elizabeth who is genuinely so supportive ans sympathetic and is so passionate to make a difference. It was my first visit but I feel much more hopeful that I have found the right place to get back on track.
