There are no costs for Postage, letters, reviews, med changes. Monthly subscriptions includes medication, follow-up reviews with their doctors, doctor’s letters, referrals, and ongoing support from their TRT specialists, plus postage. Subscriptions do not cover: additional medications which are separate to your main testosterone medication, follow-up blood tests, and injection supplies.

Another sham of a company won’t even issue refunds before even accepting any products. Intentionally renew orders after accepting the cancellation of subscription. Shouldn’t be allowed to operate.
I’ve been a subscriber for a while now with no issues.
Just wait until you DO have an issue…
You’ll get little to no response from the email service, nobody will ever answer the phone and when you contact any of their social media channels for assistance they’ll say they’ll forward it to customer services then completely ghost you.
Their “official complaint” procedure is 3 weeks of delaying before ghosting you yet again to push you past your banks reclaim period.
Yet another automated company run from a laptop in the Seychelles, great if all goes well but useless if you have the slightest problem.
Use a credit card and be quick to contact your fraud department in case of issues.
Took my money three times after cancellation, bad experience with them
Is it possible that you guys can get a bit ahead with of the game? I ran out of these supplements a few days ago so as it’s a subscription I was expecting the replacement to have arrived with me last week at the latest.
As it stands now it’s only just been dispatched so it won’t be landing on my doorstep until closer to the weekend.
That’s WAY too late as this type of supplement needs to build up in the body. Late deliveries mean that I’m starting from square one each month? I don’t see that working for me.
I’ll be cancelling the subscription if you can’t get it right. I’m not impressed.

The most awful service I have ever received. Its a shame that I have to give at least one star. The lack of ethics, omission of truth, poor customer service, lack of information is just beyond bad.
I am in the process of leaving and going to another provider at a greater costs because although cost is important on long term treatments. Ethics and honesty are far more important
